Project description

Restoring Public Trust

To restore public trust we need a sense of belonging and ownership throughout society. Negotiations between conflicting interests need to be undertaken with mutual respect. This is one of the overall aims of LiquidFeedback, a research project on how to build trust and mutual understanding by facilitating such negotiations on the internet. It’s all about credible opinion formation and decision making for just about any kind of large scale group we may find ourselves in, as citizens, members of our local communities, or civil society organizations.
